Do we have to close for the shoot?
No. We shoot during your prep window with our own lighting and styling kit, and we work around service so your kitchen keeps cooking. On the pre-light call we'll agree a schedule that fits the hours you'd rather not touch.
What does the price actually include?
The shoot day, our styling and lighting, the edit, and the licensed gallery — all in one per-shoot figure. There's no hourly surprise and no "image unlock" fee. The only extras are the à la carte add-ons you choose up front, quoted before we start.
How fast will we see the photos?
A first-look proofing gallery lands within 48 hours of the shoot so you can flag favorites, and the retouched finals follow shortly after. The Pass package gets priority turnaround if you're racing an opening date.
Can we use the images anywhere, forever?
Every package includes a full usage license written in plain language — website, social, print, and your delivery-app listings. If you need franchise, campaign, or paid-media rights, the extended licensing add-on covers it; just tell us the plan and we'll quote it.
We're outside Brooklyn — do you travel?
We're based in Brooklyn and shoot across the five boroughs as part of every package. Further afield is no problem — send us the address with your dates and we'll fold any travel into the quote before you commit.
